ClipCast is a web application that allows users to connect their own TikTok account and upload short-form video content to TikTok.

The Service may use TikTok Login Kit and TikTok Content Posting API to authenticate users, identify connected TikTok accounts, and upload user-selected content to TikTok.

You are responsible for all content you upload, submit, or share through the Service, including videos, captions, images, music, trademarks, and any other materials.

You agree that you have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to upload and share your content.

You agree not to use the Service to upload, submit, or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, infringing, spam, unauthorized, or otherwise violates applicable laws, TikTok’s terms, TikTok’s community guidelines, or any third-party rights.

3. TikTok Integration

To use TikTok-related features, you may be required to connect your TikTok account and authorize the requested permissions.

We do not post, upload, or share content to TikTok unless you initiate the action through the Service.

TikTok may change, limit, suspend, or revoke access to its APIs at any time. We are not responsible for any interruption, limitation, or unavailability of TikTok services or APIs.

Your use of TikTok is also subject to TikTok’s own terms, policies, and community guidelines.

4. Account Access and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any connected third-party accounts.

You must not share access to the Service with unauthorized users or use another person’s account without permission.
